Before ordering your yard greeting, carefully read these terms and conditions. It is important for you to realize that ordering any of our items constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Payment is required at the time of your order to confirm and hold your date. The price includes delivery, set up, and removal of the yard greeting. Rental periods are for 24 hours.
Installation Window beginning at 7:00pm on the day before the date of the yard card rental and ending at 9:00am on the Event
Pickup Window beginning at 7:00pm on the last day of the yard card rental and ending at 9:00pm on the following day.
If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive half your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the amount on credit for a future booking date within 6 months, based on our availability, upon written notice delivered not less than seventy-four (24) hours prior to the Installation.
Weather: Lightning or other hazzardous weather conditions may make it unsafe to complete the installation of your sign as scheduled. In the case that we are unable to reschedule the greeting due to unfavorable weather, a refund will be given.
Sprinkler Systems: Yard greetings are installed using metal stakes inserted into the ground roughly 8” to 10” deep. If you have a sprinkler system, please provide the location of the sprinkler lines. We are are not responsible for idamage to your sprinklers system if it is not properly marked.
Water Your Grass: Please water your grass the day of your install. Sometimes the stakes don’t want to go into the ground.
Leave Your Porch Light On: Leave your ligh on for us the night of your install so we can see!
Sign Damage: All signs remain the property of Remarkable Yard Cards. The signs must not be damaged, destroyed, or tampered with in any way, including moving or attaching balloons. You are accountable for the replacement cost of
