Are your yard cards for purchase or rent?
We are a party RENTAL company. From delivery to set-up to pick-up, we take of it all. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy the smiles!

How much notice do you need?
We recommend scheduling your yard greeting at least 48 hours out. Last-minute bookings are available.  Give us a text at 678-210-3188

How long is my rental for?
Your personalized lawn sign is up for 24-hours.  You may add on additional days for an additional fee.

When will my yard sign be setup?
To keep your yard sign a secret until the big day, Remarkable Yard Card will set it up the night before your special event, typically sunset – midnight. If after dark doesn’t work for you, feel free to reach out to us to talk about other times that might be better

What if it rains?
We deliver joy rain or shine. Our signs are made of high-quality waterproof materials.

In case of severe weather, the Joy Ambassador can delay installation to allow the storm system to pass.

How long does it take you to setup my sign?
Installation typically takes 1 hour – 1.5 hours to setup.

What areas do you service?
Our primary service areas include Forsyth County, Cumming, Milton, Alpharetta, and Johns Creek. We also accommodate surrounding areas such as Canton, Woodstock, Dawsonville, Dahlonega, and others upon request.

What do I need to do to prepare for the sign installation?

To ensure a smooth and successful yard sign installation, we ask that you:

  • Clear the yard of any debris, toys, or pet waste.

  • Water the lawn the day before installation to help the stakes go into the ground more easily.

  • Mow your grass prior to installation, as mowing near or under the sign once it’s installed can cause damage.

Proper preparation helps us create a beautiful display that stays securely in place throughout your celebration!

During the hotter months, the ground can become very hard, making it difficult to install the signs. To prepare: Please water the installation area thoroughly for several days leading up to your rental date, including the day of your rental.

Can our yard sign say ANYTHING?
We reserve the right to refuse service based on the sole discretion of ownership. Any denied services will be given a full refund.  Remarkable Yard Cards will not engage in obscene, profane, or offensive activities or displays.

Yard Sign Rental Agreement

Before ordering your yard greeting, carefully read these terms and conditions. It is important for you to realize that ordering any of our items constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.


1. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and design.

  • Rush orders (within 24 hours of the event) are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.


2. Rental Period

  • Rentals are typically for 24 hours, unless other arrangements have been made.

  • Signs are usually installed the evening before your event, and removed after dark on the day of your rental.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • All bookings are final. We do not allow cancellations or issue refunds once an order is placed.

  • If you need to reschedule due to extreme weather or emergency, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs, subject to availability.

  • In the event of extreme winds, the sign may need to be removed for safety reasons. If this occurs, a prorated refund will be issued based on the duration the sign was displayed.

Please note: You will NOT receive a refund or credit if any of the following occur:

  • Homeowner refuses setup or requests early removal.

  • Incorrect address is provided.


4. Yard Preparation

To ensure a smooth installation, please:

  • Clear the yard of debris, pet waste, toys, and obstacles.

  • Water your lawn—especially during the summer months—for 2 days before installation to ensure we are able to install your sign.

  • Mow your grass ahead of time, as mowing near the display after installation is not allowed.

  • Turn off sprinklers and postpone lawn services during the rental period.


5. Sign Usage & Care

  • Our signs are for decorative use only. Please do not move, remove, or attach anything to the signs.

  • Do not allow children or pets to play on or around the signs.

  • If damage occurs due to negligence or misuse, the renter may be held responsible for replacement costs.


6. Access & Installation

  • Please ensure we have access to the property, including gate codes if needed.

  • If we are unable to install due to access issues, loose animals, or other obstacles, the full rental fee still applies.


7. Liability

The person placing the order with Remarkable Yard Cards accepts full responsibility for the display during the rental period. Once installed, the display must not be moved, tampered with, or disposed of.

You will be held financially responsible for any damage, loss, or disposal of the sign display. This includes each individual letter, number, character, graphic, and stake. If any item is missing, damaged, or altered upon pickup, you agree to pay the full replacement value of the affected items.

By agreeing to have Remarkable Yard Cards participate in your event, you acknowledge and accept that Remarkable Yard Cards is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may occur to any person or personal property during the setup, rental period, or removal of the yard card display.
